Refund, Revision Policy, and Cancelation Policy

Our refund policy applies only if the following requirements are met. If you feel like our submission is unsatisfactory, we will initiate a refund based purely on meeting the requirements and agreements. The refund amount will be initiated based on the price determined by the expert. The customer is required to provide all the specific details and instructions for claiming the refund. In case of a change of mind and want to cancel the order, the customer has to submit a cancel request and request a refund within 24 hours of placing the order via email or the dashboard. Any cancellation request submitted after 24 hours will not be considered by Bruwrite. We begin to work on the assignment or orders as soon as they are placed. Moreover, if you have changed your mind and have decided to cancel, the refund will be initiated based on how much work is done in that time. The solution that has been completed until that time will be given with the refund amount. The refund amount is determined by the expert at Bruwrite. 

In case there are any additional requirements for the same assignment, the extra work will be charged extra. The extra or additional requirements will be charged accordingly by the expert.  We have a customer-friendly revision policy. If you are not completely satisfied with the delivered paper, you can request revisions. Our writers will make the necessary amendments to ensure your satisfaction. But any revisions of the assignment have to be requested within 30 days of Bruwrite submitting the first submission of the assignment.  If a revision request is submitted after 30 days, the requested revision will not be considered.
