1. File Format

Avoid:

Tips:

Preferred Format: .pdf

Tips:
Export from your Word document; do not convert to an image-based PDF
Keep fonts standard and avoid graphics or excessive tables
Name the file professionally: FirstName_LastName_Resume.pdf
